Mr. Potato Head(s)

Nate was introduced to Toy Story1 this weekend, which really peaked his interest in the Mr. Potato Head that the Oberts gave him for his birthday. However he insists the glasses are for him!

Fathers Day

Happy Father's Day!

It is not enough to do what Daddy does....

I want to be just like him!

I never knew what a blessing it would be to watch Ted as a Daddy. He is patient, fun, caring, compassionate, and all the other ingredients that make him an incredibly awesome Daddy. I am impressed daily, with the love and care he gives Nathaniel. As a wife and Mom, I could not ask for more! Nate is one lucky kid!

We had a great Father's Day today. We got to have lunch with Ted's Dad, followed by a visit to his Uncle Lee, Aunt Oh-la-la, and his cousin's Ry-Ry and Emma's house.

Uncle Lee and Nate had quite the jam session!

Mystery Date

On Fathers Day Weekend, Mommy gets spoiled!
While Nate spent time with one of his all-time favorite people, Miss Brittani, Daddy surprised Mommy with a date. It was a sunset cruise on a yacht with gourmet dinner served. The entertainment was a mystery dinner where the guests were the actors....somehow I played the part of the murderer while Daddy was a fierce pirate. It was a lot of fun!
