We love St. Patty's Day!
And we love Dr. Seuss....
(I know it is a long, repetitive story, so we won't make you watch the whole thing...)
So, it is only fitting to have Green Eggs and Ham for dinner on St. Patty's Day. Right?
It was a bit of a trial, and certainly can use some tweaking, but it was fun to make for the family tonight!
